President Trump issued a number of Executive Orders on U.S. immigration measures immediately after his inauguration, but even today, three months after his inauguration, there has yet to be the major disruption that was initially anticipated. This is because the major executive orders requested federal agencies to formulate policies in line with the Trump administration's policies, and it is expected that specific policies will be announced and introduced in the coming days.
Fragomen Partner, Shintaro Araki, will review the first 100 days of the Trump administration and explain the Executive Orders and immigration policies announced there, as well as anticipated immigration initiatives and their impact on Japanese companies.
Topics for discussion include:
- Prospects for Immigration Policies of the Second Trump Administration
- Immigration Polices in the Spotlight
- Update on Immigration Policies of Federal Agencies
This webinar will be conducted in Japanese.
