CMCP 2025 Annual Business Conference

Kristi Nevarez, Partner at Fragomen, will speak at the CMCP 2025 Annual Business Conference during Session C3: Reimagining the Future – Strengthening the Pipeline for a More Inclusive Legal Profession, scheduled for September 11, 2025, from 3:45 PM to 5:00 PM PT in the Sculptor room. 

This session will address the systemic barriers that impact the legal talent pipeline, beginning with early education and continuing through professional advancement. Speakers will discuss how both institutions and individuals can help shape a more inclusive legal profession by improving access, expanding opportunity, and supporting long-term development. The conversation will highlight strategies for enhancing pipeline programs and provide practical steps for in-house counsel and law firms to drive sustained change.
