This session will address the systemic barriers that impact the legal talent pipeline, beginning with early education and continuing through professional advancement. Speakers will discuss how both institutions and individuals can help shape a more inclusive legal profession by improving access, expanding opportunity, and supporting long-term development. The conversation will highlight strategies for enhancing pipeline programs and provide practical steps for in-house counsel and law firms to drive sustained change.
