The Center comments on USCIS’s proposal on biometric collection and usage, focusing on the proposal’s overreach in authorizing the agency to require biometrics from corporate signatories of employment-based petitions, who are not applicants for immigration benefits and should not be subject to personal vetting procedures such as fingerprinting.
