Extensive Corporate Information Required for Intracompany Transferee Applications
May 29, 2018
The situation
The Federal Employment Agency is now requesting additional corporate information for ICT Card applications.
A closer look
The additional information includes the following:
- How many business days per year the intracompany transferee is entitled to for holiday;
- The gross monthly wage of comparable local employees in the local entity;
- Other corporate information including social security payment compliance, whether insolvency proceedings have been initiated in the past five years and if the initiation of any insolvency proceedings has been denied for lack of assets within the last five years.
Impact
Employers should start gathering ICT Card documentation as early as possible as the new requisite information may require more sources within a company to be involved.
Looking ahead
The Federal Employment Agency may change other documentation requirements for the ICT Card until standards and procedures are established and streamlined.
