Fragomen and Partner Rahul Soni were honored at the Invest In the USA (IIUSA) I-829 & I-526 Awards Ceremony in Houston, Texas, during the 2025 IIUSA EB-5 Industry Forum held from April 28-30, 2025.

Fragomen was recognized as a 20-Year Founding Member of IIUSA, with Rahul accepting the honor on behalf of the firm. Additionally, Rahul received the IIUSA I-829 Award for his exceptional service to EB-5 investors.

Fragomen proudly served as a Gold Sponsor of the Forum. Partner Daniel Schwarz moderated the session, "Navigating EB-5 Under the Second Trump Administration," which examined potential changes to the EB-5 program, focusing on executive orders that could impact processing and investor outcomes, as well as the long-term effects of policy changes.

The firm also hosted an evening reception filled with engaging conversations and meaningful connections. Fragomen hosts included Partners Chad Blocker, Chad Ellsworth, Parisa Karaahmet, Daniel Schwarz and Rahul Soni, along with Senior Associates Stephania Bertoni Norris, Mikhail Izrailev and Susan Song.
