Fragomen stands out as a top performer in promoting gender diversity and equity, earning the #1 spot on Law360′s 2024 "Women in Law" Report.

Fragomen’s top ranking highlights its outstanding performance in gender equity within the legal industry. With women now comprising 48.9% of non-partners at US law firms, the report shows progress in gender balance, but disparities persist at higher levels—only 25.9% of equity partners and 34.6% of non-equity partners are women.
