We are excited to announce that Fragomen has been recognized by Diversity & Flexibility Alliance for "Tipping the Scales" towards gender parity. Fragomen was recognized because more than 50% of its 2021 US-based new partner classes are women.
67 law firms were recognized as “Tipping the Scales” and were identified through the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance’s New Partner Report, a compilation of public data released each year for the past ten years. Overall, the report revealed that 42.4 percent of new partners from 122 major U.S. law firms in 2021 were women, which represents an increase from last year’s figure of 40.9 percent.
