Fragomen is recognized as a leading law firm for women on the National Law Journal's (NLJ) Women in Law Scorecard for the 11th consecutive year, highlighting the firm’s commitment to hiring, promoting and recognizing the best and brightest individuals, regardless of gender.
The Scorecard ranks the United States' largest 350 law firms according to their percentages of women attorneys. In 2022, Fragomen's women comprised the following:
