ILPA Student Sponsor Conference

Welcoming back its co-chairs and leading education immigration law experts, the conference will examine the Immigration Rules and Home Office Policy Guidance relating to the sponsorship of international students in the UK. This will include discussion of the new safeguarding rules within the Child Student visa route that came into effect in May 2025.
