
Update September 15, 2023: Bolivian nationals who can show that they booked and paid for a trip to Ireland before September 12, 2023 whose scheduled arrival in Ireland is on or before October 12, 2023 may still be eligible for the visa exemption and should follow the instructions on the government website.
The Irish government has announced that Bolivian nationals are no longer visa exempt when entering Ireland, including for transit, effective September 12, 2023. This comes as a result of the Irish government's efforts to align Ireland with the UK and Schengen Area visa regime for Bolivian nationals.
