On August 6, 2025, the Executive Next Practices Institute will host ReINVENT Work II – Growth During Economic Uncertainty at UCI Beall Applied Innovation in Irvine, California. This event will bring together executives from over 250 companies across more than 10 industries to explore how organizations are adapting to economic instability. The agenda will focus on emerging strategies in AI and technology integration, productivity improvements, leadership, regulatory foresight, and talent effectiveness. The program will run from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, followed by a hosted networking reception and exhibition from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Fragomen Managing Director Robert Horsley will be among the featured speakers, presenting a session titled “Knowing Your Employees with Confidence in a World of Deep Fakes.” His talk will address the growing challenge of identity manipulation in the workplace and its implications for workforce trust, compliance, and operational risk. Drawing from his work at the intersection of global mobility and digital transformation, Horsley will outline how organizations can respond to these emerging risks while maintaining effective and compliant people strategies.
