Fragomen has served as a long-time partner to Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) helping to support displaced people and allowing them to share value in their host societies as skilled workers. The Displaced Talent Mobility Pilot (DTMP) program through TBB aims to provide a pathway for up to 200 skilled displaced people to come to the UK.
A recent, independent report from the University of Oxford and the University of Antwerp evaluated the programme's achievements, impact and sustainability and found that although the pilot achieved most of its stated objectives, more needs to be done to overcome demand-side barriers and challenges in engaging employers.
