With more than 15 years of experience in UK immigration law, Natasha advises clients across industries such as technology, media, energy and financial services. She is known for her strategic approach to managing large-scale immigration programs, optimizing their efficiency, benchmarking them against competitors and ensuring they align with talent attraction and retention goals.

Following Brexit, Natasha continues to help businesses adapt to the evolving immigration landscape, particularly by introducing innovative solutions such as the Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) program.
