The San Diego Daily Transcript Names Five Fragomen Attorneys to Top Attorneys List

Gary Perl, Karine Wenger, Marlene Stanger, Teodora Purcell, and Monica Sherman of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Lowey LLP (“Fragomen”) have been named to The San Diego Daily Transcript’s “Top Attorneys” list. The list recognizes attorneys in San Diego County who have made exceptional contributions in their respective fields. 150 attorneys were selected in 15 categories. Five of the 10 attorneys selected for Immigration law are from Fragomen.

Mr. Perl has practiced exclusively in the field of corporate immigration and nationality law for more than 21 years. He manages immigration programs on behalf of multinational corporations and counsels them on all matters of U.S. immigration law and nationality law, regulation, policy and compliance.
Ms. Wenger, a Partner, serves as corporate immigration counsel to a wide range of clients, from startup industry leaders to Fortune 500 corporations in varying industries, counseling them on all aspects of employment-based U.S. immigration, regulation, policy changes and compliance.
Ms. Stanger, Of Counsel, specializes in complex employment-based cases and has successfully prepared and filed high level petitions for world-renowned scientists whose work is seminal in leading the way for breakthroughs in finding cures for diseases afflicting millions of people in the U.S. and throughout the world.
Ms. Purcell, an Associate, is a specialist in immigration and nationality law, certified by the California State Bar and has extensive experience in all facets of immigration law, including administrative and federal appeals and immigration compliance.
Ms. Sherman, an Associate, has represented individuals in a variety of immigration matters including cancellation of removal, asylum, family based petitions and appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Ninth Circuit. She also interned for the in-house counsel of a Fortune 500 company.
