The United States federal immigration agencies released their regulatory plans for the coming months and a new draft proposal to raise the prevailing wage rate is currently scheduled for September 2023. Partner Mitch Wexler tells The Times of India that this new proposal, as well as the proposed rule to modernise the H-1B program, "will ease the administrative process for US employers."
