United Kingdom: Significant Immigration Fee Increases for Expedited Processing

Update November 5, 2025: The government has amended the implementation date for this fee increase to November 11, 2025.
October 22, 2025: Effective October 21, 2025, the immigration fees for the following in-country expedited processing services have increased as follows:
- Expedited processing of a sponsorship management request made by a Worker sponsor, a Temporary worker sponsor or a student sponsor: GBP 350 (up 75% from the previous fee of GBP 200); and
- Priority service for expedited processing of sponsor licence applications fee: GBP 750 (up 50% from the previous fee of GBP 500).
This change continues a broader trend of significant immigration fee increases in the United Kingdom in the last 12-24 months, including increases regarding Certificates of Sponsorship, applications for skilled worker and visit visas, and the upfront immigration health surcharge, among others.
