The Department of Labor (DOL) has issued its latest report on PERM and prevailing wage determination (PWD) processing times.
As of February 9, 2026, DOL was conducting analyst review for PERM applications filed in September 2024 or earlier, and audit review for PERM applications filed in June 2025 or earlier. DOL is working on reconsideration requests that were filed in September 2025 or earlier.
As of February 9, 2026, DOL was issuing prevailing wage determinations (PWDs) for PERM prevailing wage requests filed in November 2025 (for OEWS-based requests) and October 2025 (for non-OEWS requests) and H-1B prevailing wage requests filed in November 2025 (for OEWS-based and non-OEWS requests). The agency has been processing PERM and H-1B prevailing wage redeterminations requested in October 2025. In addition, the agency is processing PERM Center Director Reviews from August 2025.
