Kota Kinabalu

Fragomen in Kota Kinabalu demonstrates our deep understanding of Malaysia’s complex immigration system, our commitment to the market and growing demand from clients for high quality immigration services in East Malaysia.

Agensi Pekerjaan Fragomen Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. 8-1, 8th Floor, Suria Sabah Shopping Mall

Jalan Tun Fuad Stephens

Kota Kinabalu, Sabah 88000

T+603 2280 3600

Kota Kinabalu is the capital city of the East Malaysian state of Sabah, located on the island of Borneo. Due to abundant natural resources, the energy sector is a vital part of the economy in East Malaysia, and the country’s dual-jurisdiction immigration system makes it critical for clients needing to transfer foreign talent to the region to work with an experienced, proactive immigration partner.

We established our office in Kota Kinabalu as a reflection of our decades of experience navigating the complex immigration landscape in Malaysia. Our Kota Kinabalu office serves as an expansion of our capabilities in Malaysia, and allows us to provide strategic, on-the-ground service and support to clients for whom East Malaysia—and an understanding of the nuances of its immigration system—is critical for operations.

Fragomen in Malaysia is Fragomen Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., operating exclusively as an immigration consultancy and not a law firm in Malaysia.
