Managed a previous employer’s EMEA & APAC immigration program, overseeing policy enhancements and restructuring the immigration team operations to address region-specific challenges, including the Ukraine crisis and the implementation of the Golden Visa in Dubai.
Introduced and implemented RPA in a previous employer’s HR operations, generating significant cost savings and efficiency improvements across the MENAT region.
Launched an RPA project in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain for a previous employer that saved over $180k USD annually in vendor payments and was later expanded across the EMEA region.
