Amanda is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she advises multinational and high-growth companies on the design, execution and optimization of sophisticated immigration programs that directly support core business objectives and globally distributed workforces. She brings depth of experience across the full range of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters, including H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1B, L-1A, L-1, H-1B1, PERM, I-140, adjustment of status and naturalization. Amanada’s current practice is focused on developing and leading enterprise-scale nonimmigrant visa strategies for complex, high-volume employer programs, delivering scalability, compliance and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining the firm, Amanda served at an immigration nonprofit, where she represented foreign nationals in removal proceedings and developed a strong litigation foundation. She previously practiced at a boutique Boston-based immigration firm, where she advised clients on family, humanitarian and employment-based immigration matters, including EB-5 investor petitions and complex I-140 matters.
Amanda is deeply committed to impact-driven advocacy. She has represented asylum seekers through the Political Asylum/Immigration Representation (PAIR) Project and unaccompanied children through Kids in Need of Defense (KIND). She currently dedicates substantial pro bono time to supporting Rian Immigrant Center, advancing access to immigration relief for underserved communities.
