Amy solves global mobility challenges for multinational companies, mid-cap and small businesses, and high net worth individuals. With 25 years of experience in immigration law, Amy has been a trusted advisor to clients across a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, architecture, food and beverage, entertainment, and consulting. Her international experience includes several roles in the Asia Pacific region, where she was based in Singapore and led the opening and expansion of our Kuala Lumpur office. She recently served as an inaugural, elected member of the New York office’s Management Committee.
In her role as global engagement partner, Amy deftly combines her extensive U.S. immigration law acumen with a broad global view to create customized and agile programs leveraging the firm’s innovative technology, data protection and knowledge solutions. She provides strategic counseling to successfully guide clients through multijurisdictional compliance matters and creates business-friendly solutions through a global client service model that is used across the firm. Her compliance experience includes benchmarking compliance trends and creating cutting edge compliance strategies and policies, as well as representing corporations before Immigration and Customs Enforcement in the U.S.
Clients appreciate Amy’s deep understanding of their company and employee cultures and how they fit into the overall business needs regarding immigration and mobility. They look to her for key counsel related to legal, human resources, workforce mobility, corporate restructuring and global program management issues.

Represented employers before U.S. government agencies regarding compliance with I-9 audits.
Provided counsel to a major multinational financial information technology company on I-9 policy development and program implementation for compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act.
Offered guidance to clients on integration of reforms to I-9 compliance and related issues into their recruitment and hiring processes.
Advised clients under Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigation on I-9 compliance, Social Security Administration "No-Match" regulations and the U.S. Government's E-Verify program.
