Bari is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she exclusively practices business immigration law. Bari assists a diverse client base with various corporate immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas, consular processing, permanent residence and citizenship. Her clients range from global Fortune 500 companies to boutique clients in the financial services, technology, interactive entertainment media, fragrances/cosmetics, manufacturing and nonprofit sectors.
Before becoming an Associate, Bari served as an Assistant Paralegal and Law Clerk at Fragomen’s New York office. During law school, she served as the Managing Editor of Staff for Hofstra Law’s Journal of International Business and Law and as the President of both the Immigration Law Society and Environmental Law Society.
Prior to law school, Bari interned for the New York State Attorney General, Environmental Protection Bureau and performed at Carnegie Hall and throughout Australia and New Zealand as a professional cellist.
In 2019, Bari completed more than 700 hours of pro bono service in the area of asylum law through the Hofstra Law Asylum Clinic, where she successfully obtained asylum status for clients.
