Brianna is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she advises on a wide spectrum of U.S immigration matters across both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa categories. She represents clients in diverse and fast-paced industries, including insurance, financial services, investment banking, technology and beauty. Brianna partners with major multinational corporations as well as growing innovators, helping them navigate complex immigration strategies in support of their global talent initiatives and business objectives.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Brianna worked at a New York-based boutique immigration law firm, where she assisted both individual and corporate clients with a wide range of U.S. immigration petitions. She gained experience representing clients in the culinary, photography, design, architecture, music, performance arts and film and television industries, with strong focus on entertainment-related immigration matters. In this role, Brianna regularly advised artists, production companies and creative professionals on tailored visa strategies aligned with the unique demands of their industries. In addition, she has experience handling family-based petitions.
During law school, Brianna spent a semester participating in an immigration clinic focused on asylum-based applications, where she gained hands-on experience in humanitarian immigration advocacy. She also completed internships with a Manhattan-based legal services organization and a federal district court judge.
Following law school, Brianna continued her commitment to humanitarian work by providing pro bono immigration assistance to Afghanistan refugees.
