With more than six years of experience with Fragomen, and almost two decades of experience in the field of immigration, Caroline has a deep understanding of French immigration law and the management of the day-to-day relationship with key stakeholders in the immigration application process.
Caroline previously worked at the Brain and Spine Institute (ICM – Institut du Cerveau et de la Moelle Epinière), helping researchers to gain legal residence and right to work in France. She was the main point of contact of foreign researchers and managed the HR aspects of the ICM’s International Community.Caroline also spent ten years working in a consulting company specialized in assisting employers (including major CAC 40 companies) and individuals to navigate the complex French immigration and administrative procedures.
Caroline speaks English and French.
