Catherine (Cat) is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she primarily assists corporate clients with employment-based nonimmigrant visas, focusing on Hs, Ls and TNs.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Cat spent five years as a paralegal at Fragomen’s Boston office, primarily focusing on PERM labor certifications, O-1s, requests for evidence (RFE) and EB-1s. She spent the summer of 2024 as a Summer Associate at Fragomen’s Miami office, where she gained a variety of experience filing nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas and RFEs for large, mid-size and small clients. While awaiting bar admission, Cat served as a Law Clerk at Fragomen’s Boston office where she performed supervised review of cases and assisted with AAO Appeals.
