Christin is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she partners with clients on a variety of U.S. business immigration matters, including work visa petitions, labor certifications and permanent residence. She has particular experience preparing and filing petitions for H-1B, L-1, O-1 and EB-1 visas, as well as drafting responses to complex Requests for Evidence.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Christin worked at a boutique immigration firm in Kansas City, Missouri, where she primarily counseled large, multinational corporate clients in the telecommunications and engineering industries.
