Christine serves as Managing Partner of Fragomen’s Benelux regional hub, overseeing operations and strategic growth in the firm’s Luxembourg, Belgium and Netherlands offices. Based in Amsterdam, she is passionate about how the Benelux region serves as a gateway to Europe more broadly and works closely with the firm’s EU practices, creating strategic and cost-saving workforce mobility plans that optimize regional policy facilitation and keep companies compliant.

Christine is active in Fragomen’s EU Government Strategies group and has represented Fragomen in the European Commission’s Expert Group for economic migration and for attracting innovative entrepreneurs to the EU. She was also the EU lead of Fragomen’s Brexit Task Force and directs government strategies efforts in the Netherlands, working with decision-makers to ensure that Dutch immigration policies support businesses and individuals moving to the Netherlands.

Christine is a U.S. Bar-admitted attorney and is a member of the Brussels Bar. Before joining Fragomen, Christine worked at a boutique immigration law firm in the Netherlands, where she headed that firm’s U.S. Desk and assisted clients with all aspects of migration and corporate questions, particularly permits for self-employed persons and American entrepreneurs establishing residency in the Netherlands via the Dutch American Friendship Treaty (DAFT).
