Clark is Counsel at Fragomen’s Salt Lake City office, where he advises corporate clients on U.S. immigration and nationality law, policy and regulatory compliance. He has extensive experience with employment- and family-based immigration, including PERM labor certification, immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and adjustment of status. Clark represents employers and individuals before the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of State in immigration matters.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Clark practiced U.S. immigration law at a large business immigration firm, where he managed the inbound Canada practice and was an integral part of the firm’s global immigration and account management team. He advised multinational companies in a variety of industries, including energy, healthcare, financial services, engineering, manufacturing and information technology, on strategies and best practices for developing and executing global mobility programs.

During law school, Clark was a Judicial Law Clerk Intern with the Executive Office for Immigration Review and a Legal Intern with the Office of the Chief Counsel for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
