Colm is a Manager in Fragomen’s Dublin office with over six years of experience in immigration. He primarily assists businesses with their employees’ smooth relocation to Ireland and the corresponding process compliance requirements. Colm’s areas of focus in Irish immigration include Employment Permits and visa applications to the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS) and the Garda National Immigration Bureau (GNIB). He also has extensive experience conducting internal audits and making recommendations for improvements to immigration procedures and wider global mobility processes.
Colm assists a diverse range of clients across the professional services, engineering and IT industries, including Fortune 500 companies, smaller businesses and private clients.
Prior to Fragomen, Colm provided immigration services with Big 4 firms in both Canada and Ireland.
