Crystal is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she provides a wide range of inbound U.S. immigration services to corporate clients, including assistance with nonimmigrant visas, PERM, permanent residence and citizenship. She also represents high net worth individuals, including EB-5 investors, as part of the firm’s Private Client Practice Group.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Crystal represented clients in matters related to nonimmigrant visas, family-based immigration and removal defense. She also assisted clients with asylum, U visa and criminal waiver cases through the University of Minnesota Law School’s Detainee Rights Clinic.
Crystal speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
