Dalielle advises multinational corporate clients in the technology industry on U.S. employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. She represents clients in a broad spectrum of employment-based nonimmigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN and E-3 visa petitions, as well as in immigrant visa matters such as permanent residence, naturalization, PERM labor certifications and permanent residency based on extraordinary ability and outstanding research.

In her role, Dalielle assists humanitarian status holders, such as those with pending asylum cases, DACA, TPS and Parole status, as well as their employers, in navigating potential nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based pathways. She also develops immigration support programs for employers to better support humanitarian status holders and works on family-based cases involving these individuals. Recognized as a thought leader on humanitarian pathways, Dalielle is also frequently invited to speak on these topics by prominent organizations, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association and Immigration Advocates Response Collaborative.

Before joining Fragomen, Dalielle worked at a boutique immigration law firm, where she assisted in preparing extreme hardship waivers for individuals who entered the U.S. without inspection.

During law school, Dalielle served as a Law Clerk for Senior Judge Leo M. Gordon of the U.S. Court of International Trade. She was also Co-President of the Immigration Law Students Association, a member of the Center for International Law and a Teaching Fellow for the First-Year Academic Success Program.

Dalielle has provided pro bono assistance to unaccompanied minors appearing in immigration court through her work with the Safe Passage Project and helps organize the Lawyers in the Library Citizenship clinic through Fragomen’s San Francisco office in conjunction with the San Francisco Public Library.

Dalielle speaks English and Spanish and is proficient in French.
