Daniel joined Fragomen's New York office as an Associate in 2012. Daniel represents multinational corporate clients across the legal, energy, financial services, food and beverage, industrial and chemical products, commercial real estate and fashion industries, as well as individuals in employment and family-based immigration matters. Daniel provides counsel on all aspects of U.S. immigration law, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, consular processing, citizenship, compliance, and employment verification.
During law school, Daniel was Comments Editor of the Penn State Law Review and participated in Penn State Law's in-house immigration clinic, the Center for Immigrants' Rights. Daniel also served as a legal intern in the labor and employment department at a large multinational media and entertainment corporation.
At Fragomen, Daniel assisted in successfully extending O-1 nonimmigrant status for an individual of extraordinary ability in the field of education on the exploitation and abuse of minors, as well as assisted this individual in obtaining U.S. permanent resident status.
During law school, Daniel co-led a delegation on behalf of the American Bar Association's Commission on Immigration as part of the Commission's Detention Standards Implementation Initiative. He produced a comprehensive report on the status of the implementation of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's detention standards at a local prison and presented the report's findings to the Commission.
