David is the Managing Partner of the Fragomen (Canada) Co. office in Toronto. David has extensive experience in providing immigration advice and assistance to businesses from a wide range of industry sectors. He works with general counsel, Human Resource professionals and internal mobility teams on policies and procedures related to recruitment, retention and related immigration obligations. He also leads the private client practice in Canada.

Prior to taking on the role of Managing Partner in Canada in August 2012, David was a Partner in the London office of Fragomen, with responsibility for operations and business development in the EMEA region. He was also a founding Partner of the Fragomen Australia practice. He previously served on postings as an Australian diplomat and prior to that was a university academic. David presents at conferences, publishes articles and drafts submissions to governments on immigration related matters. He is a member of several business organizations.
