David (Dave) is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Denver office, where he advises clients on immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters. He has experience representing a wide range of corporate clients with complex immigration matters, including multinational corporations, national laboratories, educational and healthcare institutions. Dave has assisted companies in improving their programs with efficiencies and streamlining processes. His experience includes work with H-2A, H-2B, H-3, H-1B, E-1, E-2, E-3, TN, L-1, O-1, P-1 and R-1 visa categories, and he is also adept at PERM labor certifications with the Department of Labor. Dave has significant experience with immigrant petitions including National Interest Waivers (NIW), Multinational Manager/Executive petitions, Outstanding Researcher petitions and Adjustment of Status applications.

During law school, Dave interned with Loyola University’s Employment and Immigration Law Clinics, assisting low-income individuals with their legal issues. He was a member of the Loyola University Maritime Law Journal, where he published an article specific to Maritime Law and International Law focusing on immigration.

Dave is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), serving on the U.S. Department of Labor Liaison AILA national committee and frequently volunteers with the Denver Children’s Foundation.

Dave speaks English and is proficient in Spanish.
