Davy is a Senior Associate in Fragomen’s San Diego office. He has over a decade of experience advising employers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups on immigration matters. He supports clients in a wide variety of industries, including software, cloud computing, IT services, e-commerce, video game, electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing and real estate. He has extensive experience assisting and consulting with individuals at all levels of clients’ organizations, including HR contacts, high-level multinational executives and managers, individuals of extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers and professional workers, on matters relating to employment-based immigration. His practice also focuses on high-volume immigration programs and PERM/labor certification processing, including audits and supervised recruitment.

Davy speaks English, Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese.

Advised clients on immigration program management and compliance, including establishing best practices and a robust immigration policy; streamlining processes for PERM (Green Card) program and H-1B (specialty occupation) cap; and implementing blanket L (intracompany transfer) programs.

Obtained approvals of EB-1 visa petitions for foreign nationals in the business, high-technology and sciences fields.

Successfully handled Requests for Evidence of varying levels of complexity.

Achieved favorable outcomes for foreign nationals in Motion to Reopen and Reconsider/Appeal cases.

Prepared foreign nationals for adjustment of status and naturalization interviews and accompanied foreign nationals during interviews conducted at local U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services offices.
