Debora is an Associate at Fragomen’s London office, where she is part of the firm’s UK Inbound practice and advises both private and corporate clients on a wide range of immigration matters.
Debora has extensive experience across the full spectrum of UK immigration law, including Points-Based System applications, sponsor license applications and compliance, family and private life applications, settlement and nationality matters, as well as human rights and asylum claims. She has a strong track record of managing complex and high-stakes cases, including those involving Article 3 and Article 8 considerations, modern slavery and trafficking issues and applications outside the Immigration Rules.
Debora has successfully handled a high volume of immigration and nationality applications and has achieved a strong success rate in asylum appeals. She provides clear, strategic and solutions-focused advice and delivers exceptional client service in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
