Fatima is a Director at Fragomen’s Dublin office and has more than eight years of experience in the Irish immigration sector, supporting corporate and non-corporate clients. Fatima partners with clients to solve their most complex and challenging immigration problems and focuses on all aspects of Irish immigration law, including employment permits, visa applications, residency applications, and family reunification. She also has experience in making written submissions to the Department of Justice on Turkish Association Agreement applications.

Fatima leads the responsible business strategy initiatives for the Dublin office. In this capacity, she oversees and drives forward efforts in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Wellbeing, Sustainability, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Fatima worked in the non-governmental and corporate sectors, providing support to non-EEA nationals. Fatima has also had several roles at free legal advice centres that promote access to justice.

Fatima speaks English, Kurdish and Turkish.
