Gemma is a Director and Solicitor in Fragomen’s London office with more than 12 years of experience in immigration law. She assists clients with all aspects of labor and family immigration, permanent residency and citizenship in the UK. Gemma is a trusted advisor and reform-minded advocate for inclusive and practical immigration solutions and complementary pathways.

Gemma also heads Fragomen UK’s pro bono offering, through which colleagues contributed over 1,000 hours of pro bono work in 2024. Key partnerships include Reunite Families UK, international charities and women’s shelters.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Gemma worked at a boutique law firm with an emphasis on private client services. She also spent time with a national legal aid charity, assisting with asylum and human rights-based applications and appeals.

Gemma speaks English and French.
