Gufran is a Social Security Manager at Fragomen's Dubai office, where she leads the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) social security team. She is responsible for overseeing program design, project delivery and client relationship management across the region.

With more than 11 years of experience in the Middle East, Gufran has supported clients on a wide range of pension and social security matters across multiple jurisdictions, including all GCC countries, Iraq and Jordan. She has developed a strong reputation for her deep technical knowledge and her practical, compliance-driven approach.

Gufran regularly trains and coaches clients on social security best practices and procedures, with a particular emphasis on compliance support—ranging from audits and health checks to tailored advisory services. She plays a key role in developing and implementing social security strategies for startups, SMEs and multinational corporations across diverse industries.

Gufran speaks Arabic and English.
