Gurpreet is an Associate and Solicitor at Fragomen’s London office and sits within Fragomen’s UK Inbound team. With more than five years of immigration experience, she provides strategic UK immigration advice to corporate clients across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, fashion and financial services. Gurpreet has extensive experience advising on Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Indefinite Leave to Remain, Spousal, British citizenship and Sponsor License applications
Gurpreet has worked within Fragomen’s Private Client team, where she advised families, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals on UK immigration matters. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in asylum and human rights immigration.
Gurpreet is also a Steering Committee member of Fragomen’s EMEA Women’s Network Group, contributing to initiatives that promote inclusion, development and gender equality across the firm.
In addition to corporate immigration, Gurpreet has worked within Fragomen’s Social Security and Consulting Europe teams. She has experience in social security advisory and compliance work including A1 Certificates, Certificates of Coverage and Posted Worker Notifications.
