Hadley has served as Fragomen’s General Counsel since May 2014. He also serves as the firm's Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) and manages its privacy and audit group. He is responsible for the contract, compliance, employment, real estate, privacy and litigation matters for all of the firm’s offices worldwide. He is also integrally involved in the firm’s worldwide expansion through acquisition of other practices and the opening of new offices and affiliations with other firms. Previously, Hadley was Fragomen’s Deputy General Counsel beginning in March 2013.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Hadley spent more than eleven years at a NYSE-listed company, as Vice President of Legal Affairs & Human Resources. Previously, Hadley was with a private equity firm with investments in telecom, cellular, Internet, software, restaurant and real estate companies for over ten years. Hadley came to the private equity firm from one of New York City’s largest law firms. Hadley’s legal practice has focused on general commercial, M&A, international, real estate, privacy and employment law.
