Harry is a Manager and solicitor based in Fragomen’s London office. He sits in the Fragomen Consulting Europe team, who partner with multinational corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises on European workforce planning. This covers immigration, posted workers, and social security from both a national and EU perspective. Harry also leads the Country Knowledge Expert team for Fragomen Europe, co-ordinating knowledge delivered by individual country specialists to ensure holistic regional services are delivered on European projects.
Working with teams across the UK and Europe, Harry helps clients across a range of sectors to develop pragmatic workforce policies and practices on European mobility, including remote working, work permits, EU blue cards, Schengen C visas, A1 certificates, certificates of coverage, and Posted Worker Notifications.
Harry also works closely with our business development and technology teams across a range of Fragomen products, providing state-of-the-art solutions for EU mobility, assessing business traveller compliance, and automatically filing visas and Posted Worker Notifications.
Harry regularly contributes to thought-leadership pieces and articles on European mobility, covering key topics such as business traveller compliance and the impact on British nationals travelling to the EU post-Brexit.
