A seasoned Fragomen leader, Haseena’s career spans multiple leadership roles, equipping her with a broad and insightful perspective on immigration law and client success. Currently serving as the managing partner of Fragomen’s Dallas office, she previously led the firm’s Washington, DC office and, before that, managed a bespoke practice in New York, representing small and emerging companies, investors, entrepreneurs and other individuals.

Her client-focused approach has fostered long-standing relationships—many of her clients continue to seek her guidance as they navigate career moves across organizations and industries. She works with businesses of all sizes across a broad range of sectors, including telecommunications, semiconductors, infrastructure, construction, oil and gas, green energy, manufacturing, food and beverage and technology.

Known for her strategic insight, Haseena helps clients align their immigration policies with business objectives, considering factors such as risk tolerance, talent acquisition, retention needs and communication preferences. She doesn’t just manage immigration programs—she continuously enhances them, leveraging Fragomen’s industry-leading benchmarking and technological capabilities to drive effective outcomes.

A dedicated advocate for pro bono work, Haseena serves as a mentor for the American Bar Association’s Afghan Legal Professionals Scholarship and Mentoring Pilot Program, assisting Afghan refugees and permanent residents with legal training and accreditation in the US. She is currently supporting one participant in law school with course selection, study recommendations and schedule management.

Additionally, she provides pro bono representation for non-citizen and non-resident students in the New York-based Prep for Prep program, which prepares exceptional minority students for private secondary and post-secondary education. She also works with Catholic Charities to assist immigrants with their citizenship applications.
