Jacqueline (Jackie) is an Associate in Fragomen's Chicago office, where she advises multinational employers on a wide range of U.S. employment-based immigration matters. Her practice encompasses both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa strategies, including H-1B, TN, L-1, E-3, O-1 and other employment-based classifications, as well as PERM labor certification applications, EB-1 petitions and permanent residence processes.
