Jennifer is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she counsels multinational corporate clients and small businesses in various industries, including fashion and retail, banking and finance. She has 20 years of experience practicing immigration law.
Jennifer provides clients with tailored legal strategies for their most complex cases and manages internal documentation compliance, including LCAs and I-9s. She has a particular focus on visas for managers, executives, specialized knowledge professionals and students, as well as PERM labor certifications and employment-based immigrant visa petitions. Jennifer also partners with clients’ HR staff and senior management to develop and refine immigration policies and continuously align their programs with evolving immigration laws and regulations.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Jennifer was a Senior Associate in the Immigration and Nationality Group of another Am Law 100 firm, where she primarily represented multinational banks, as well as international and domestic fashion houses.
Jennifer speaks English and French.
