Lauren is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Salt Lake City office, where she partners with clients to develop and implement business immigration solutions. She counsels corporate clients on employment-based permanent residence application processes, with a focus on PERM labor certification, and nonimmigrant visas. Lauren has experience representing clients of all sizes in various industries, including media, entertainment, finance, construction, information technology, pharmaceutical and healthcare services.
Lauren’s pro bono experience has included volunteering at citizenship application workshops for Asian Americans Advancing Justice, where she helped attendees assess and verify eligibility for citizenship and prepare applications. She also served as a volunteer attorney at legal clinics sponsored by the local bar associations where she provided legal advice to community members on various immigration issues.
Lauren speaks English and Korean.
