Jo is a Manager with the Irish Private Client Practice at Fragomen’s Dublin office. She leads operational and process improvement projects focused on enhancing efficiency and standardizing services and internal resources.
During her tenure at Fragomen, Jo has supported technology and global clients across the firm's Dublin, San Francisco and Paris offices, as well as within the Global Immigration Program Management practice. Having lived and worked in 4 countries over 3 continents herself, she has a keen understanding of global mobility and employee experience.
Born and raised in South Africa, Jo began her career as a Legislative Aide in the first democratically elected Parliament of South Africa.
