Joanne is a Senior Manager for Fragomen in Hong Kong. She has approximately 10 years of experience in providing inbound immigration services. Her areas of focus include employment visas, dependent visas, training visas for applicants who need to attend training in Hong Kong in order to acquire special skills and knowledge not available in the applicant's country/territory of domicile, change of employment, extension of stay, admission scheme for mainland talents and professionals, and the right of abode applications. She provides immigration services and advice to a wide range of clients, including global investment banks, and multinational and high-tech companies. Prior to joining Fragomen, she led an immigration team for one of the Big 4 CPA firms in Hong Kong.

Joanne speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • University of Leicester, Postgraduate Certificate in Museum Studies, with Merit
  • The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, M.A.
