Kate is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office where she advises clients on a broad range of U.S. immigration matters, including international executive and managerial visa processing and professional and specialty occupation visas, amongst others. She also has significant experience with family-based immigration, including Adjustment of Status applications and citizenship matters.
Originally from Dublin, Kate relocated to the U.S. in 2017. Prior to joining Fragomen, Kate practiced business and family-based immigration for nine years at a boutique immigration law firm. She has extensive experience supporting multinational corporations and professional individuals in navigating complex immigration matters, with a particular focus on executive and corporate visas.
Kate speaks English and Irish.
