Kelly is a Practice Leader and Solicitor based in Fragomen's London office, focusing on UK business immigration. She advises multinational organizations and private clients on a broad range of complex immigration, compliance and global mobility matters.
Kelly serves as UK account lead for several of the firm's largest global clients and has developed a deep understanding of their businesses through nearly a decade of close partnership. She is known for providing practical, commercially focused advice on complex immigration and compliance issues, including corporate restructurings, crisis response matters and strategic workforce planning.
In addition to relocation-focused immigration support, Kelly advises on international business travel, right to work and wider compliance considerations. Her experience spans the intersection of immigration, business travel and regulatory compliance, with particular insight into the practical impact of evolving border controls, government policy and technology-driven processes.
Kelly works closely with HR, global mobility, legal and travel stakeholders to help organizations manage international workforce movements in a strategic and risk-aware manner. Having advised clients across a broad range of industries and at every stage of growth, she tailors solutions to align immigration objectives with wider business priorities.
