Kelly is a Practice Leader and solicitor based in our London office. She practices in the field of UK business immigration, advising corporate and private clients on a variety of immigration matters.

Kelly is the UK account lead for some of the firm’s largest corporate clients globally and has a deep understanding of their businesses having partnered closely with them for approaching the last ten years. She enjoys long held relationships with several clients who regularly seek practical, business-focused advice on a range of complex immigration and compliance matters. These include changes to corporate structure, discretionary applications due to issues caused by the pandemic and more recently crisis response and support.

In addition, Kelly is the UK co-lead for Fragomen’s Tech sector team and has contributed to publications focused on UK immigration options for those recruiting for and working in this sector.

Having worked with a broad range of clients of all sizes and sectors throughout her career, Kelly is able to strategically tailor her advice to ensure that both the business and the individual employee achieve their immigration objectives in the most efficient manner.

 

Kelly also has extensive experience advising high-net-worth clients on immigration matters with particular focus on Global Talent and Entrepreneurs.
